South Carolina Board of Cosmetology License Information
In order to obtain a license in cosmetology, esthetics, or nail technology in the state of South Carolina, students must complete the requirements listed below. Please contact the South Carolina Board of Cosmetology for more information.
Requirements
COSMETOLOGY: 1500 hours
ESTHETICS: 450 hours
NAIL TECHNOLOGY: 300 hours
Reciprocity
Granted to those applicants who have completed the same requirements as South Carolina. You may have to pass "The National Exam".
